According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. There is currently no vaccine for the prevention or treatment for COVID-19. However, you can protect you and your loved ones by knowing your status.
Testing Process
- Schedule an appointment for remote Tele-medicine appointment.
- Pay for appointment (includes doctor’s visit, lab testing, and results).
- Download telemedicine application on your electronic device.
- Virtual doctor visit on your electronic device.
- Lab safely delivered to your doorstep. Follow instructions in lab kit.
- Pickup lab kit from your doorsteps.
- Results delivered within 24 hours* (email for negative, phone call positive?)
*If results are positive, the doctor will follow-up with a phone call and instructions for care.
HELP PROTECT YOURSELF FROM COVID-19 AND OTHER RESPIRATORY ILLNESS:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
